This animation project, created during my Master’s degree, draws inspiration from the iconic song "Blue Monday" by New Order. It explores the technique of frame-by-frame animation, a process that allowed me draw each scene by hand.

The animation tells the story of a girl trapped in a repetitive, dystopian reality that mirrors the anxieties and struggles of modern life.

Using Procreate, I brought this concept to life in order to capture the melancholic and introspective mood of the song. Through this project, I was able to push my skills in both animation, storytelling, storyboarding and character design.
